TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
The terms apply to orders placed through the website. A customer should be able to review and accept the applicable version before confirming an order.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Descriptions, vintages, formats, packaging and availability are presented as accurately as possible. An order remains subject to stock and final confirmation.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The final terms must state currency, included taxes, possible destination charges, accepted payment methods and the point at which payment is taken.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The customer receives an acknowledgement and, where applicable, final confirmation. Suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable products may require review.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery estimates, carrier services, transfer of risk, inspection on receipt and the procedure for visible damage must match the live operation.
6. EN-PRIMEUR ORDERS
En-Primeur wines are delivered after ageing and bottling. Release timing, later charges and cancellation rules must be explained separately and clearly.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The final policy must reflect applicable consumer rights, exclusions for certain goods and the official return-authorisation process.
8. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
The governing law, dispute process, mediation information and legally permitted limits of liability must be reviewed for the target market.
